Club history, Values, Vision……
The earliest documented games in our area were in the 1930’s when netball was known as women’s basketball. Seaforth, then known as Seaview, was part of a group of clubs affiliated with Manly Warringah Netball in their first year as an Association in 1966, making us one of the oldest existing clubs still participating today.
Our rich history and strong sense of community continue to lead the way for us to provide a safe and fun environment in which to play netball through the efforts of a dedicated committee making the great game of netball accessible to all players.
The game of netball is a great way to keep fit, form friendships and build self esteem. We aim to encourage lifelong participation in sport by providing a positive and supportive experience, promoting good sporting values, teamwork, respect and commitment.
Seaforth Netball Club welcome players starting at NetSetGo U7/ U8&U9 modified netball, through to open ladies teams. We strive to be an inclusive netball club and encourage all participants to have fun and enjoy the sport of netball.
We are one of the larger clubs participating in the Manly Warringah Netball Association competition, playing in winter on Saturdays at John Fisher Park, Abbott Road, Curl Curl and Spring Comp in Term 4 on Tuesday evenings.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Sea of Blue!
