Photo & Media Policy

Seaforth Netball Club may collect and publish game-day and training photos/media to celebrate player participation and communicate club activities.

Where club media may be used

• • Club website pages and portal content.
• • Club social media channels.
• • Club newsletters and member communications.

Family opt-out

Families can opt out of photo/media use by contacting the club secretary. Team managers and coaches should be told as well so game-day volunteers are aware.

Takedown requests

If a family wants a published image removed, email seaforthsecretary@gmail.com with as much detail as possible (player name/team, page or post link, and image description). The club will review and action requests promptly.
