These Terms apply to Seaforth Netball Club website and portal access. They are intended for community club operations and safeguarding, including junior member administration.

Acceptable use

• • Use the portal for club, team, and player administration only.
• • Provide accurate information and keep your details current.
• • Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or unsafe content.
• • Do not attempt to access data outside your approved role/team.

Account responsibility

• • Keep login credentials private and secure.
• • Do not share account access, including with other families or team staff.
• • Notify the club if you suspect account misuse or unauthorised access.

Suspension or removal of access

Seaforth Netball Club may suspend or remove portal access for serious or repeated breaches, safeguarding concerns, misuse of personal information, or conduct inconsistent with club or governing body standards.
